SUCCESS - What Does it Mean to You?

By Matthew Flinton

Job Vacancy Indonesia, Employee, Vacancy

What is Success?
Being able to do what you want...when you want?
Living a "dream life" with mansions, luxury cars, exotic vacations, high dollar wardrobes...is this success?
Serving others and assisting them in achieving their goals and dreams?
I truly believe success is different for every person. Though I do know success can be achieved by each one of us.
Ralph Waldo Emerson described success...
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
My question to you is how are you going to be successful in your own life?
How are you going to leave the world a bit better?
How are you going to succeed in every aspect of your life... in your health... in your relationships... in your finances... in your spiritual growth?
That is the challenge we all face.
So let's look at how we can succeed in those areas.
Health... you must be cognizant of the foods that will improve your health and the foods that will destroy your body. Fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, legumes, water, green tea, milk, eggs, honey are foods that need to be the foundation of your diet.
The next area of health is your ability to move your body on a regular basis. Find an activity you will actually do consistently. Walking, weight training, running, playing basketball with your buddies... I don't care what it is... just do it on a regular basis.
Pretty simple... maybe not easy but very simple. Eat healthy foods and move your body!
Finances... identify a problem and create a solution. That is how you will create massive amounts of cash flow. We pay individuals major amounts of money if they can help remedy our problems... so again identify people's problems and give them the solution.
Shift your focus on helping and serving others and the money will appear. Now you must make the decision to be paid richly for your service but once you make that shift in your mind... get ready for the transfer of wealth!
Relationships... "give" what you want from others! If you want people to respect you... respect them first. If you want people to love you... love them first. If you want people to be kind to you... be kind first!
That's it... give... what you want to get!
Spiritual growth... the good Lord has a plan for your life...a divine destiny if you will.
To identify what that is... unplug from your iPod and turn off the television. Ask the Lord what the plan is and listen. When you receive the divine inspiration... act on it!
You must take an active part in achieving your overall success.
Begin today planning for your success and get to it.
Remember to enjoy the journey and God Blesses You!

Fridge Magnets As An Advertising Tool - Does It Work?

By Robert Badger

Job Vacancy Indonesia, Employee, Vacancy

Fridge magnets are gaining in popularity as a way to advertise a business. The one question that many people have is if it actually works. Although there are no guarantees on any advertising options, fridge magnets have a very successful track record for a number of reasons.
Refrigerators are one of those items that every household has. It is also located in a heavily traveled area and has many people opening and shutting it every day. Because of this, companies have decided to include these magnets in the reach of their advertising.
Each time someone walks up to the refrigerator, they will see the magnetic advertisement- depending on where they put the actual magnet. It is very common to place fridge magnets on the front of the refrigerator rather than on the side which means it is very possible that a person would see the advertisement every time. Once a person grabs what they need out of the fridge, they shut the door and have an opportunity to see the magnet advertisement once again. Every single time someone heads toward the refrigerator, this process happens.
Consider the fact that people go into the kitchen for many other reasons. One of these reasons is to wash their hands. Other reasons people go in the kitchen is to make a meal, do the dishes, get a cup or utensils and much more. If the fridge is in the garage, there are many other opportunities to see the advertisement as well. No matter where the fridge magnet is located, it will gain a ton of exposure.
Many people choose to create business card fridge magnets as a replacement or addition to the traditional business card. There are benefits to this including the fact that it will not get damaged. This route is highly successful because, unlike a paper business card, the magnet does not usually get misplaced. If someone picks up a card and then sets it down after a number has been dialed, there is a greater chance that it will be lost and not available for future use. When people refer to fridge magnets, it usually remains on the fridge because they walk up to it, dial the number and then walk away.
There are many ways that fridge magnets can be effective. It is important to identify a target market before deciding on which style to go with. Some companies get a huge return for using magnetic calendars or photo frames while others fair better with a simple business card look.
Choosing fridge magnets as a medium to advertise through is an excellent idea. It provides a huge amount of exposure which lasts a long time and brands the company name, logo and slogan multiple times daily to the people who see it.

When it comes to effective business strategies, consolidating your corporate identity, reinforcing your business message, and boosting sales promotions, companies sort to various ways. Using promotional items are one of the most powerful and compelling ways to convey and propagate your company message effectively. More and more companies today resort to this method. Businesses indulging in marketing and advertising campaigns effectively use promotional items for achieving not just short-term goals like boosting sales but also reinforcing long-term brand.
Promotional items are effectively used during trade shows, conventions, conferences, exhibitions, or trade fairs. You can even use promotional items for in-house motivation too. By imprinting a simple motivational or appreciative message on the gift, you can increase the value and appeal of the gift a hundred times. You can gift such items to your employees. Gifting promotional items once in a while boosts the morale of your employees and encourages them to strive harder for more success and good work. Promotional items have gained a lot of popularity and now can be seen everywhere. The only reason behind their popularity is that they work and that too within your marketing budget.
When you are selecting promotional items for your marketing and advertising campaigns, be cautious and take a careful step. Gifting poor quality promotional items can do more damage to your business than the benefits they intend to provide. You should always select promotional items that reflect your companies' niche products outstandingly. Advance Your Career With a Masters Degree

By Deon Du Plessis

Job Vacancy Indonesia, Employee, Vacancy

Are you someone who wants to get ahead in your career? Do you want to get that edge that will help you get ahead of everybody else and get you into that position that you've always wanted? There are many ways to achieve your career goals but none are as rewarding and as valuable as getting a masters degree. If you look at the sheer volume of people who are currently out of work with normal Bachelor degrees, then its not hard to see that the bar has been raised.
There is no doubt that a tertiary education is becoming more important in an competitive job market. Just competing with all the other applicants who has exactly the same qualification as you can be very tough. You need something that sets you apart and getting a masters degree may well do that for you. Less than 10% of all graduates proceed to extend their education and less than 10% actually get a masters degree or a doctors degree (this excludes MD's). By simply furthering your studies you can really set yourself apart.
Getting a masters degree is also not just about getting ahead from the pack. Its also about specializing and really honing in on a specific area in your field. We've all heard it before but the world is becoming much more specialized and the need for experts in particular fields are increasing. A masters degree will enable you to specialize and to become more of an expert in something that you actually like doing.
Lastly, when prospective (and even current) employers see a masters degree on your resume it instantly changes their perspective of you. It really says a lot out you beyond the mere qualification. It speaks volumes of your enthusiasm, your ability and your general approach to your career.
Not only will a masters set you apart from everybody else, it will help you to reach levels in your career that won't be possible with a bachelor's degree. Why not look into it. It may just be that missing piece that you've been looking for. With numerous new online degrees available you don't even have to go back to school full time. You can do it for much cheaper, at your own pace and even get a very specific degree from international schools. I would encourage you to look into online schools. There are some great educational opportunities out there.

What To Expect When Working As A Certified Nursing Assistant

By Celeste Nurnberg

Job Vacancy Indonesia, Employee, Vacancy

Certified Nursing Assistants, or CNAs, play a vital role in the modern health care environment. Without the dedication and hard work of CNAs life for both nurses and doctors would be a whole lot more difficult.
When you train for your certified nursing assistant exam, you obviously don't have any idea what to actually expect for the job when you begin employment for real. Often your training will compose of an element of on the job training to enable you to familiarize yourself with the job and the environment in which you will eventually work.
If your training does not encompass on the job training, then you will usually be given scenarios that are designed to go someway to preparing you for what to expect, while useful, there is obviously no replacement for practice and time spent in the actual environment where you will work.
Hard Work, But Greatly Rewarding
Your day to day life as a CNA will be, for want of a better word, busy. There is no doubt that nursing assistants have a busy working life compared to many other careers, from the first minute of your day until the time you leave work, which may well be after your scheduled end of shift time, you will be on your feet and endlessly going from one place to another in fulfilment of your duties.
You will be constantly attending to patients needs, helping with meals and fluids, cleaning patient areas and moving patients between wards and different areas of the hospital, as well as offering an understanding ear whenever a patient has some concerns or fears over their time in hospital, or sometimes their lives in general.
While the work is busy, the rewards are great. Obviously, like anybody working in the health care field, a typical CNA is caring by nature, and by virtue of this takes pleasure from helping others and making others lives that little bit more enjoyable whenever the opportunity arises. There are no shortage of opportunities everyday when working as a CNA to bring a smile to a face, or make the day a little brighter for a poorly child.
Of course total professionalism is expected at all times, and required. A hospital environment is a hive of potential accidents and lawsuits waiting to happen, and you must play your part in ensuring your patients, colleagues and workplace are as safe as possible, and also that you carry out your duties to the very best of your ability.
Satisfaction, And Making A Difference
Despite the hard work, most CNAs will agree the job is worthwhile, there is a sense of satisfaction at the end of each day that some good was done, and that you do make a difference to people's experience and time while they are in hospital, and when they leave and go home, they may well remember you for the rest of their lives as the person who made what otherwise may have been a worrying and stressful experience, instead a much less traumatic and frightening one.

How to Prepare an Attractive Resume

By Jacoby Smith

Job Vacancy Indonesia, Employee, Vacancy

Are you tired of sending resumes without getting results? Do you think your resume isn't generating those interviews that you want? Do you want to stand out from the rest of all applicants and clinch that interview?
Research shows that 95% job interviews are granted after the employer has become interested in the candidate's resume. A good resume has to make an impression within the first 30 seconds. It will not only open the door to an interview, it will often get you to the final hiring decision of an employer. So how do you prepare an attractive resume? Here are some tips that you can follow.
Read the job advertisement. Many people only give a short glance to the advertisement and then proceed to send their pre made resume. That's a big mistake. The applicant should carefully read the qualifications mentioned and make the resume according to what it's asking. A good resume should fit the requirements and qualifications that the employer is asking for.
Select your resume format. It's a very strategic decision to find the appropriate format that will show off your skills to their advantage. This has a real impact on the receptivity employers have to your initiatives. There's no universal "right format" for all people. The most effective guide is to review your own objective and background to know which one is the best fit for you.
List your personal information. Include only personal pieces of information that are related to your job objective.
State your objective clearly. Be brief and concise but also be specific to the position you are applying for.
Highlight your qualifications. A summary of your qualifications is a good way of getting the attention of the prospective employer. This way you can catch his attention and then he can review your resume in a short time. It should get through the message that you have the credentials and basic skills needed for the job.
Present your relevant skills and experiences directly. Create a list that contains the name and city of the company, dates started and ended and job title. This should be in chronological order. Keep in mind that you don't have to put numerous details about previous jobs are that are not necessary. You can also include professional membership information or trade associations to show that you also have ongoing interests.
References upon request should be written at the bottom of the resume. References should no longer be part of a resume but you need to have your references available for a prospective employer. Always ask permission when using someone as a reference.
Print the resume on standard letter size; it should be professionally typed using conventional English. And finally, re- read your resume before the interview because chances are; the interviewer did just that too.
